- Thank the Gods, I thought I was the only one. I dusted off my GoodReads account last month and was excited because it asked if I wanted it to import all the books I bought on Amazon. Since Audible is part of Amazon I was excited. I wouldn't have to add all those books by hand. Boy, was I wrong. It imported a handful of books I had bought on Amazon proper way back before I started using Audible.It didn't add any of my books from Audible. I looked at my Audible library. I then looked at GoodReads. There is no way I'm adding over 700 books by hand to GoodReads. I signed out of my account and haven't touched it since. 😂

- XD Don't say that! lmao! You're supposed to encourage me to meet the challenge. 😆

Do you know which ones it requires or the achievement. I might have some you could borrow rather than making them all

what a useless import attempt it made! a truly sad story you have to tell. I'm afraid I never even attempted to import anything, since probably the most of the books I have physically I bought at used bookstores that don't keep that kind of record, and the ones I bought on Amazon I wouldn't want to give Goodreads my login to be able to import anyway. No, I would have to do my however many thousand book input all by hand and I'm just not gonna! heh

Yes beaches are definitely my mind!! :-D (see above comment) For the last few months we've had colder than normal weather here but today is sunny and a balmy 62 degrees!! Woohoo!!

- That's where I used to get my books, too. I loved Books-A-Million. Great, now I miss the way the book store smelled. I'm going to go sniff some of my books. 😆Amazon owns both Audibles and GoodReads. Why can't they make it easy for us? :(

I had to go to the er on Wednesday. My doctor was out of town and the pain was too intense. It was a long miserable wait. They couldn’t see anything on the xrays but they told me it is possible that there’s a small fracture that the xray couldn’t pick up. So they’ve said to see my doctor. Well he had already told me to come in on Thursday morning. Which i had to do as the air splint they put me in was worse than anything else. I couldn’t bare any weight on it without extreme pain. Plus thrusday morning i had a fall using my scooter. I got caught up with a shoe and trying to get it out resulted in the fall. Thankfully it was onto my bed but it still hurt both legs.

So when i saw doc on thrusday morning, he touched one spot and I screamed in pain. He’s said i definitely have a ligament sprain there but he is going to check through the xray and decide if he wants an mri or to wait and see how i heal. I will see my him monday to know this. He has also decided to put it in a cast since its at least a level two sprin and I cannot bare weight. Im not really surprised and honestly its hurt a lot less since the cast has been put on. Ive been very tired though. Guess thats not un-normal

Flyingkat: ive got three guppies, two clown plecos and one juli corydora in my 45 gallon. Working on getting more but the new fish kept dying lol.

He doesn't fob you off on others. I wish I could find one like him. :) I started a new book and it's set in Savannah. It mentions The Owens-Thomas house and The Montgomery House as popular haunted houses. Are they real? Have you been there? :D Feel better. <3

I had a nice lunch at a sort of lunch party with friends today (at the house of the host) which is a rare occasion!

Hopefully, things will start to level out for both us. For me this is the 2nd week-end in a row that I've had lazy time. Not as much as I might like but not crazy busy either. That's great you had a nice lunch with friends!! 👏

- The smell never did anything for me when I could see unless I was around really old books. Those did smell really good to me. Since I lost my sight the smell is more pronounced and, yes, nostalgic. :D

- I'm off to look as I needed to raid the MC and seasonal quest shop over the weekend since it changed to Spring and I hadn't got anything. Talk about a last minute run on the shops. XD lol :D
