Unfortunately Keith has had a lot on his plate otherwise and hasn't had the time to dig into this properly, which is why we're a little short on updates other than 'we are aware and it is a priority.' Even the plan to update the automated text didn't work when Amber tried that, which on one hand is potentially useful information on where/what is going wrong but on the other is understandably frustrating in terms of knowing what's going on 'behind the scenes' so to speak.
