I have 3 fur babies, but they are all dogs. Spoiled dogs lol

Honestly, nothing. Too poor in rl to buy gifts, too hurt & broken to make anything for anyone. I actually used to love Oct, Nov and Dec. I’ve lost everyone and everything (don’t care for the things, it’s the people & animals I miss the most).

Hi everyone! I'm sorry I haven't been chatting much. Is it just me or has Christmas snuck up this year? Between work, illness and friends it seems prep work for it has taken a bit of back seat this year. I hope everyone has been having fun with this year's Secret Santa and with the season. We're nearly to the big day itself so here's hoping everyone enjoys it and can get some rest. It's been so buy this year I think we could all use it. :)

You sound like my mom. She lives hours away from me and moved where she is to be closer to her parents and siblings. Now all the family has passed away and her last sister living sister has been put into a home a couple of weeks ago. They were supposed to have Christmas together but now my mom can't even talk to her sister because my nephew won't tell her which home he put her in. I'm looking for a place for her here with me but that's slim pickings and not as cheap as where she is currently living. I would love to have her living close to me but not sure how to do that yet.

Oh! I didn't think you were a downer, and you did word it with care to shine some positivity into your situation. That's just honestly a whole lot to hold onto alone, and it's hard.
