Not much going on. Glad I just bought the shyshark so I don't have to bother with the fishing jerk any more. Not looking forward to the useless pirate shop where I can never buy anything. Get better rewards from Carl's quests.

I fish occasionally but it annoys me lol. Right about the Pirate shop! Meh!!

Looking forward to Morostide

It's been super busy on my end but things are starting to settle into a routine.

I know there have been complaints the last couple years about the pirate shop & how most people are unable to buy any of the new items. I just wish staff would listen & find some way to adjust that. I have no luck because I've got a very old slow computer. Got better items from Carl quests.

I'm still falling behind on things :( Thank you for the 2 buddy accounts you sent in May and July and for the Alexandrite Chameleon. I hope the surgeries went well and that the physical therapy hasn't been too stressful on you. I can understand the wanting naps. I want to take naps but my brain won't shut off. William is doing well. He has amassed quite the Hot Wheels collection and spends quite a bit of time lining up certain cars. He also enjoys playing with my old kitchen set. I am sort of struggling just trying to manage everything while Chris is gone.

How is everyone doing with the cookies achievements? I don't like that some of them are totally random which means it could take weeks months or longer to get them. I think I have all except the storm, bloodred & rift & since we can only go to the rift once a day & tempest is very rare it could take forever to get those. :( And my gourmand pet takes forever to get hungry. It will probably take over a week or so just to feed the cookies I have now. Wasn't there something to make a pet hungry?

I don't mind working for achievements but ones that are this random should be made a bit better chances.

Looks like someone forgot the birds & bugs this year & holiday schedule says pirate holiday was supposed to start on the 19th.

So the useless pirate shop opens tomorrow. I never get anything from there. Waste of time even looking. As for the mini gelatins, they're so easy even my weakest newest pets can beat them with their paws tied behind their backs. But seriously, 3500?!? I don't have time to sit & click for 10 hours a day for a week to get that. I still need another 1300 just to get to the next tier. I'm guessing this is something that will take a few years to reach. What about the rest of you?

I haven't even started them yet. I've been so busy this week. I'm hoping to have some down time so I can get some of them at least. I may try to get some things in the pirate shop, but I find I have better chances with Carl.

As for the birds and bugs, that is weird. I wonder what's going on with that?

I still need 3 cookies, 2 are completely unbuyable & the 3rd selling for 9+ million so waiting for it to come back to the crystal shop some day. The mini gelatin achievement will take a couple years. I still need 850 more just to get to the next tier. Ugh. And of course the stupid pirate shop is completely useless. Yes I wait until it says 5 minutes then start refreshing. I've only seen new items in there twice & every single one was sold out the second I clicked. I guess it's for people who have lots of time to sit & refresh with super fast computers. Darn. Means I'll have to spend millions buying the stuff. I need 3 of the books. :(

It seems impossible to get 150 wins on the wizard since he keeps stealing my weapons and healing 100%. But if anyone is interested, I found that I could get a few more wins by using the throwing vials, which I had a lot of in my vault from the previous opponents. And wow most of the pirate wearables are super cheap, most selling for less than the store price, except of course for the books I need.

Managed to get 43/150 on the wizard but can't get any further. Discovered the throwing vials help. Don't see how anyone could get 150 wins when he keeps stealing weapons and every time I get his HPs low he heals 100% again. How is it possible to get 150. Seeing lots of stuff in the pirate shop now because user prices are lower than most of the shop prices.That's why the shop has been full after each restock. But I don't see any books and that's what I need. How are the rest of you doing? Looking forward to Morostide but guess it won't start for a couple weeks. Seems like it starts later each year.

Wow, all day the pirate shop has been full. I've never seen this happen. Looks like people have figured out it's not worth buying since the prices for most items are higher than the user shops. Strange. But still no books. :(

Still don't understand how you can beat opponents who not only freeze & steal everything constantly but every time I get their HPs down they heal 100%. Grr. Fighting them is more frustrating than fun. I can't get any further so have to give up on these at this point. How is everybody else doing?

Pirates ends in a few minutes. So no more pirate shop again for a year. Yay. Will still have mini gelatins to work on next year. Got 50/150 Wizard, 5/15 Stomper and 0 on the big guy. Don't see how anyone can beat him. My best pet only lasted 2 rounds at the most. Hope they find a way to make the storm and rift cookies available or earnable. Having it completely random it could take years to get them, which is a bit ridiculous especially since the only way to get them is incredibly rare (storm & rift).

Hmm, still nobody here. :( Love the new jobs button to collect all income. That's great! I have over 30 pets all of whom have jobs and it was getting tiresome going back & forth over 30 times every night. Love it. Now just wish they could do the same for training, take all the pets whose training is done out with 1 click.

So sorry been dealing with the aftermath of the flooding in Asheville. My brother is there with his partner and my 17 month old nephew. They are safe and we are in the process of helping them relocate to Massachusetts temporarily.

I understand. I have a friend in south Florida. She's complaining about all the rain & I told her here in AZ it's been so hot & dry even the weeds are dying. Wish they could send some of that water out west.

"Morostide Mid-October until End of October" Mid Oct is this weekend but I think I remember that the last couple years it started a bit late but still ended on 10-31. Hope it starts this weekend. Anxious to see any new wearables & hope I can get the minion in the patch. Last year I thought I got it on the last day. Kind of nerve wracking.

I cannot wait! I did not get last year's minion, if I remember correctly. I do hope I get it this year.
