I'd already done all the vial strains. But I hung out all day so I would be on as soon as the VIP opened. Got the 4 new ones then footrash, butterfly & eye sore, now working on dolly. I don't like any of them, I just find it a challenge to see how many I can get. I prefer the summer time change because it means that subeta quests go from 10PM to 9PM for me so an hour earlier.

They are not entirely sure why it happened. All of his tests came back normal. He does have asthma, so I suspect the singing may have had something to do with it. They were singing long phrases and learning about taking bigger breaths to sing longer. I wonder if his breathing got funky enough to trigger the passing out. So, as a precaution, he's going to take his albuterol before he sings for a while.

I would have liked to go for a couple more skins, but time was against me. There's always next year! :) I hate the time change, but love the extra sunlight!

Muahaha, I'm the bad influence :D But then you got me into Coral Island... and we both get each other back into Dreamlight Valley every once in a while so maybe it all evens out. How in the world will you have a 13 year old next month?! And of course that quickly reminds me that less than 6 months later, I will too! Gah. Kiddos grow up too dang fast. Yay for the cell phone! I'm so sorry to hear your 13 year old passed out and hit his head! I'm glad his tests were negative even though that doesn't give answers, but the plan to take albuterol while he sings sounds like a good one!

Looks like subeta is having broken image problems again. Half the hover overs don't show & when I go to my wardrobe it shows my HA only having a few of the items I'm wearing. Hope they get it fixed some day. It's really hard to play bluff when I can't see all my dice. :(

I really like this threadful skin and think it was such a clever zombie idea ❤️ the time change I don't like, but I do like the longer daylight. I wish we would stop switching and just keep this all year. No one can even say for sure why it actually started. I've read a lot of unverified claims, maybe it is a combination of them. XD

It turns out he was super dehydrated. He had only 16 oz of water for the entire day before singing. Since I can't guarantee he'll drink while at school, I bought him some Gatorade for when he sings, that way I know he will get the electrolytes he needs.

It's been frustrating for my 13 yr old (and in turn me because I can't magically fix it) all week. His concussion is putting a damper on a lot of things. He wanted to go full days back to school, but he can only handle 1/2 days. It's the end of Term 3 too and he has a bunch of tests and work to make up before grades are finalized on the 19th. So on top of being frustrated with the concussion itself, he's stressed about school. Thank Goodness his teachers are so understanding and willing to work with him.

I forgot that Masquerade is later in the Spring now, so I need a more upbeat HA. I'm going to try later today to see if I the wardrobe is working so I can have a sunny, happy HA. :)

The broken images seems to have been fixed so the wardrobe is working again (& I can see my dice!). Still waiting to see who needs a buddy GA, I have 2 of them to give out. Next is elwood day then vesnali. Not my favorites. Looking forward to masquerade, they always have cool stuff in the steam shop.

Ooooh that is a lot better to know at least! Does he have a water bottle to carry with him at school? My son uses a cirkul because the flavor options are clear and not mixed in the water until it goes through the mouth piece. That way he can refill it wherever. But I've been considering trying the air up that tricks you with smell. 🤔

same! Vesnali has too much chance/random for my preferences as well. But I typically really like all the shop items so that's even worse XD at the same time, I look forward to it because I like the shop items? 🤭

I get 2 buddy GAs to give out the 13th of every month so no problem. I usually don't like the clothes they have for vesnali because too much pastel cute stuff.

He does have a water bottle at school, but he gets too distracted most days and forgets to drink. So the short term solution is Gatorade at choir practice and then we are going to work on water consumption.

I end up hoarding/buying coins right before and right after some years, so I either buy what I absolutely want and wait to buy the others next Vesnali or later in the year. Speaking of which, I need to buy a bunch of last year's stuff, lol!

Since I never want all of the items for the events, I usually have plenty of coins, trinkets, hearts etc in my vault from the previous year to buy all of the few things i want right away. Have a lot of coins in my vault now.
