I haven't been getting my usual Mallarchy Pond alerts, and the Subeautique has been empty all day. The main shops all say they were restocked about 24 hours ago. I guess the alert system is down.
No alerts for anything here either. :(
I see the shop restocking issue seems to have been resolved but alerts are still not working. Alerts I have confirmed don't work: Mallarchy Pond, Random, Crypts, Coda Caves. One alert did just come through, for my pet getting out of the resort. Those alerts (except the resort) were set today after the shop issue was resolved. I'm just assuming these problems were somehow connected since they started up at the same time, but the solution to one doesn't seem to have fixed the other.

Very disappointed to log back on this morning and still no alerts for anything. Hope this gets fixed some day.

The only alerts I've gotten for 2 days is forum and autotraining. Please fix. Subeta Tiles says this "Play the Game (-3107 min. -33 sec.) "

I got an Items Purchased alert, but I'm still not getting Mallarchy Pond or Coda Caves.
Apologies for the wait on the news, I wanted to touch base on where Keith was with this and, well, Mondays; this is likely related to the ">cron issues plus potentially some Daylight Savings Time weirdness. He is looking into it now and I'll give a more detailed breakdown when it's sorted!

I just started getting all my alerts (training, games) from the past 2 days about 30 minutes ago

This is starting to happen again. So far I'm not getting notice when people buy from my CW shop. Someone bought a few items and I got no notifications for it. It appears I was granted the csc at least though. By my count from where I remember my csc to where it is, I've had 6 purchases today?

Its a problem with the regular user shops too. I've had regular purchases from my shop that's set to send me events. I did get an event for it today, but its the first one I've gotten in several days and the history log says I've gotten several purchases every day for the past 3 days (as far back as it goes).

No problem! I figured I'd alert here since this would be better than making a wholly new board. I did get some alerts the other day but I'm not sure if I had purchases after (I bought things and wasn't tracking my csc) that I didn't get an alert for.
I'll keep an eye again.
