You have to bribe the hustler Euclid every day to get a guaranteed new skin.

As an example, I have every skin possible from the zapper. The only skins I needed this year were the new ones. If I do the regular zapper I get a 5 in 65ish chance of getting one of the new ones. Not great odds. So I bribe the hustler Euclid and get one of the new ones. Then go back the next day and pay again to make sure I get one of the, now, 4 new ones I need. And so on. I'm unsure what would happen if I bribed the hustler Euclid after I get all the new ones.

If you bribe the hustler Euclid, you get 1 skin. If you go back later the same day and use the regular zapper, you will get a skin - but you go back to the regular odds and, depending on how many skins you already have, you may get a repeat skin, or a skin you don't have yet. The bribe doesn't influence this.

No where does it state that.

This states for 250 Wizarding Tokens AND 1 million SP you are guaranteed a skin once per day. Also no where does it state that you have to REPEATEDLY pay this amount. No where does it state there's a time limit for how long this option lasts, making you assume it's for the remainder of Morostide. No where does it state that it would reset as if you never paid it after on a couple of days. And certainly no where does it state you need to go bribe Hustler.

And that's what has me so annoyed. If I'm paying 250 Wizarding Tokens/1 million SP, I expect something to work. I expect something to dole out what it states it will. And since it didn't, I would very much prefer being refunded the Tokens/SP but doubt that would happen.

Then I recommend you submit a ticket with your complaint and ask for a refund. They'll likely say no, but who knows?

(Though you're right about the Hustler, its actually bribing Euclid. My bad, I always ascribe sketchy stuff to the Hustler.)

This is a bit late and not really related to main issue here, but just so you know for the future if you try to use the bribe when you already have all available skins you get an error page that says there are no new skins to give you and it doesn't take your money. So there is a safety net build into it at least.
