I had multiple items that disappeared over the time I started playing... Exemple : Essence of Melody (2017) and recently Professor New Heartbreaker Discarded Patches that I purchase quite a few time for later trade and gifts.

When I lost an Essence of Melody, I sent the other one to my friend ( was T0kiStar at that time) to save it. It happens with a lots of less pricey items as well and I don't remember the names but it was the reason I stopped playing the first time.

Also sometimes when I want to give the Autumn dragon foods and I have a few on me to go faster, when I click to give the item it says that I don't have the item and the ENTIRE stack of that same item is gone. They are not pricey but it's still bothersome...

You should file a ticket if you have items disappear, as soon as it happens, so it can be looked into.

She did one for the Essence of Melody, but she was told it was sold in her shop when she price her items one by one and didn't use the autoprice since she don't like it :(

Then unfortunately, there's nothing else that can be done about it. The UA can look into the item logs and see where the item went, so that's probably what actually happened to it.
