I am feeling very sad. My sweet cat, Starlight passed away last night in my arms. She was 18 years old. I found out that one of our local funeral homes also does pet cremations. I brought her to the crematory and sometime in the spring I will scatter her ashes someplace peaceful and nice.

So glad you are feeling better. Sorry you were sick on your birthday.

I am so, so sorry, . Pets are members of the family, and you must be devastated. I remember the photos of her on your profile when I first joined Subeta. I hope the ashes will give you a little peace.

Oh I'm so very sorry Rita for your loss of your kitty. I remember seeing a picture of your beautiful cats too. Do you still have another cat? They are such a big part of the family. I remember for years after we lost out last cat, I would think I saw her out of the corner of my eye or look for her when I entered the house after being away for a while. ❤

Thank you for your kind words. My other cat, Angel Eyes passed away in 2015 at the age of 14 1/2. Starlight was my last cat. She is playing with Angel Eyes across the Rainbow Bridge.

We had a very Nice Day,40 years WoW!!!! :D Hubby isn't feeling well. So haven't done much & won't until he feels better.I'm making him stay home & rest to get better.He just has no energy right now & has been not feeling well since last Tues.But he said maybe we can go some where Weds. or Thurs. if he feels better,we will probably just take an over night or maybe same day trips.I'm a home body anyway & I'm happy being home =) Have a Wonderful Day Everyone
