OK thanks for that information. Refreshing didn't help so I guess I'll check again tomorrow. Hope they can get it fixed.

Yeah, refreshing doesn't do anything for me either, it's only if I walk away for a few minutes, I really think it's just that the site is having a hard time keeping up with requests. Hopefully when you come back to it your pet will have been training! If not.. what happens if you try to train it in an incognito window?

Also something wrong with the quests on the side dashboard. I've done all 15 Maleria and Library quests but on the left it says I've only done 12 Maleria and 1 Library. Weird. What's an icognito window?

If you use Chrome, you can go into your settings (three dots under the X in the top right corner) and tell it you want an Incognito window. It'll open up a brand new window that has no cache attached to it, basically. That'll help show if it's your computer or the site that's holding onto old memory. I know there are other variants of that depending on what browser you use, but I've used Chrome for so long that I honestly don't remember what any of them are called anymore or how to get them.

I put my pet into training and it took the money to train but it tells me it's done already I cant click on it because that's no time at all I'm using firefox on my phone

I’m comforted to see I’m not the only one that did it several times before realizing it was actually completing the session and raising the stat, rather than my brain convinced it was just a weird lag that I could defeat with patience. I’m not able to hard refresh on my mobile browser, so I will try waiting a few minutes to see if it catches up.

I just trained my pet multiple times thinking it didn't go thru, please do not do this like I did.

Pet gained 6 total points of defense for the four times I tried (last attempt got me 2 points and so did one of the other attempts).

I just trained my pet several times trying to see wtf was happening... Glad I checked the forums instead of continuing for all eternity. 😅

Firefox user - Marika´s training was done, and I bought her a new session (and payed for it), but when going back (after setting the altert) it said the training was already done? So I klicked on it and got another health point ... but it should have taken around 1000minutes to complete the course.

I tried to finish training for 8 pets last night. Same problem as everyone else where it immediately showed the completed button again. This morning I returned to 8 pets not in training so it looks like it just took a long time to process.They have the pink info where you can choose to enroll them in another class or let them sit and not train. I'm guessing they did receive the points from training.

One pet I had re-enrolled in training last night had the green finish button this morning. I clicked it and it appeared to get the stat and went to the proper pink able to re-enroll state.

The more recent posts by Lugosi make me think I can put pets in training, I just need to be sure to only do one action to the pet and wait to be sure it went through. So click finished or enroll in training class and come back later after it catches up to see if it completed the action. Going to try that and see what happens.

[Edit] In the time it took me to peck out the above forum post on my phone the cache caught up in the training center. So every pet that I hit finish for was in pink ready to re-enroll in training and every pet I had put back in training was blue currently in training. I guess it is working if you do an action once to the pet and then leave it alone. Don't hit finish more than once or enroll in training class more than once.

I'll keep checking throughout the day to be sure the times are counting down correctly.

This may possibly be connected to training: the Healer healed my pets but didn't deduct any sP for doing so.

[edit:] not immediately, at least. Apparently a minute or so later, like there was a lag on it.

I tested things again this morning, and they're still wonky.

Training in Strength this morning currently: Took my money. Continued to raise Level (the stat I was previously raising). Instantly completed. Did not send an alert that it instantly completed. Allowed me to enroll my pet in another lesson of Strength. Repeat.

my training is always complete when i set it i accidently did it a few times and the defense keeps going up so ill stop doing it

Ok i had an event to say my pet had finished their training, followed link, now it says neither of the pets are in training that are supposed to be.

I train my pet only once a day till it get fixed

Update: The hard refresh worked for me yesterday. But today after I finished training, it seems to have auto-started the extra click I had done yesterday. It is once again counting down minutes though, so should work out in the end with no extra stats gained for the glitch. But very confusing, I hope they can find the issue and resolve it.

On mobile, same issue, but if my pets are stuck in the training loop, clicking “finish training” on a pet that IS NOT ACTUALLY TRAINING (aka is red) takes me to the proper “this pet isn’t training” page then when I go back all the training statuses are back to normal.

It's working normally for me now. Using Edge for Android.
