When going to the Preferences page to check which email I'm using I indeed found an old email that I don't use anymore. When I tried changing it to my active email it told me it's already in use. Turns out I had made an account here over 10 years ago (around 3 years before getting my current one) that I never used at all (it has the starter 5000sP and no HA). It's . I tried to freeze the account but it wouldn't let me sign in into my current one unless I had it unfrozen.

Should I file a ticket for this? I can just use a third email for the password change but I don't want to get into potential trouble over the existence of my old unused account (I'm aware it's against the rules to have more than one account). At the same time I don't want to trouble stuff with this by filing a ticket if it's not a great deal.
