Reiko just wanted me to let everyone know she is going to try to close this contest the weekend of July 16th. She has been out of the country and has not had a lot of time on the comp but will be returning then <3 hope everyone is well!
Hello everyone! <3 I'm so sorry for the huge delay with closing up this contest! ;3;
Long story short, I got back from my month-long trip last week Thursday, but I'm suffering from the worst jet lag I've experienced in a long time. My sleep schedule is really messed up, and I'm having a hard time staying focused and keeping myself from feeling anxious now that I'm "back to reality." So I'm trying to get myself back to the right headspace.
Thank you so much for everyone's patience!!! ;3; A few people have messaged/commented me to let me know about their slots/raffle entries--but no worries because it's all here on this thread (which was moved to the Giveaway forum so that it wouldn't disappear with the Masquerade forum), and I still have everyone's pings that I haven't gone through yet. I'll try my best to finalize slots/raffle entries when I'm feeling all alright, and I still fully intend to close up this contest! (I'll also be adding a few more winners to each raffle to make up for the delay!)

[edit]UPDATE: Okay, so...I just tested positive for COVID, aaaahhhhh T_T Half surprised, but also half not surprised because I came back from traveling last week Thursday (and you no longer need to test at all when flying back to the U.S.), and it's typically recommended to test 5-7 days after coming back from traveling, so I'm guessing I caught it while on the plane. DX (My family has tested themselves as well, and everyone is negative, so didn't catch it from them) So anyway, I guess it's not just jet lag messing up my sleep and focus then ;_;

And thank you to those who sent well wishes! <3 I'm about 90% recovered from my bout with COVID, but still have a kind of tickle in my throat, so sometimes I feel the need to clear my throat or cough to clear it up. But otherwise, no major symptoms have lingered. 🙏
For those who haven't received invites for their slots yet: I'll be sending them out today! If you need more than a week to redeem your invite(s), please let me know, and I'd be happy to extend as needed! Or, if you are no longer interested in your slot(s), please let me know, and I'd be happy to let you exchange it for a slot request on a future event exclusive item! (So for example, if you requested one slot for this event but no longer want the slot, then you can use the slot request on a future event exclusive item without having to meet the participation requirements. Wow, the wait was well worth it! I can't believe I won twice. Thank you very much! Also apologies for not replying earlier, we're having holidays at the moment, so the kids are at home and believe it or not, this time of the year is always super busy. I honestly rather go to work, that's how I relax these days. I promise to get back to you about the recolour as soon as I can, but I may ask you for some further explaination. I've never been in the lucky postition to choose colours of items and I don't really know what I'm supposed to do now to be honest. Glad to hear that you are recovering from Covid. I was dealing with short breath and tiredness for several weeks after the infection too, so I hope you're fully recovered soon.
