I'm checking to see what we can do. I know last time this was an issue there was a fix, but right now Keith is on vacation so I'm asking if it's something Amber or Jessi can do.

EDIT: Keith knows what the problem is and is going to take a look later today between traveling.

We poked at the relevant process not too long after your post, and it says they should have deployed.

All previous shop pings should be out, and should be showing up at this point!

We'll also be adding an alert to that system to head this off from future issues.
