I'm seeing the same thing on Firefox, is anyone using IE/Edge or something like Opera to let us know if they're having the same problem across those browsers?

Ah, that's a good catch! I've added it as something to investigate for a fix.

As an update, Keith is going to be taking a fresh look at this today.

Amber's going to take a look at excluding layers when she gets the chance or tag Keith in when he's available, but we are making progress! The cron (timekeeping that some thing on the site run off of) is also in need of attention.

Keith is still on his overseas trip which makes in-depth changes difficult, but I'm going to check with Amber again to see where she is on more fixes.
