Yes, we're taking a fresh look at this since it's not resolving, I just updated the information and pinged Keith again. Thank you!

Keith was specifically on yesterday to look at this, I've pinged him for any findings or progress!

Keith is actually doing some overseas traveling right now and looking into between flights, so the coordinating of it all is a bit tricky. In the meantime, though, Amber's going to be checking to see if it's something she can help with. Hopefully she'll have more of an update soon or Keith's not too jet-lagged when he gets off the plane.

UPDATE: AMBER IS THE BEST. She will accept yarn as payment for her awesomeness at having fixed the dance floor and HAs. Thank you, everyone, for working with this ( , your sleuthing on the URLs helped a lot).
