If it's still happening, a few questions:

1. What browser are you using? Have you tried another? (Just to see if it's limited to certain ones).
2. Does a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) work?
3. How often does it happen (i.e every time, majority of the time, half the time, sometimes, etc.)?
