Wouldn't you gknow it, another kitten seems to have gotten close, he's not too different from Stygian Bomb. But for now he's to stay outside until he recovers from what killed Lampo.

I've gotten to really worrying about mine when a new kitten shows up. Either just before or up to a week later something would usually happen to one of mine. There's been a few times nothing happened, but it was hard to breathe until the week was up. It didn't make up for the one I lost, but of course I loved the new kitten eventually too. Usually it took some time, but their antics made me laugh. It could have been anything that killed Lampo. You are wise to leave the new kitten outside until he gets over it or becomes non-contagious. If it was Parvo it could stay in the area for months, so you would need to clean everything.
