I forgot what a bitch this one is. 6 pets with 10 wins. Shooting to 5 with the rest of the Tier 13s and large Tier 12s.

Advice for battling the Panzer Hydra please.

My pet is T13 and I have most weapons. Default set is Cronus + ME, Helmet at a freezer, Thunderball + Bear head as bombs.

I'm using: Scientist Specs Volatile Energized Mecha Bear Head Bomb Thunderball Cronus Blade Maniacal Slappy Hand Phoenix Quill Reviver of the Lion

Dark, fire, earth and physical blockers are also worth it if you don't have the above weapons/spells. I'm not blasting because I think it has a ton of weapons, could be remembering wrong though. 6 pets with 10 wins and 19 pets with 5 wins. Switched the TKSS for MSH, better for smaller pets. Time to work, will do more later.

Maybe it was just small sample size/luck, but when I blasted and was watching what weapons popped up, it seemed like the junk items popped up a lot.

For people that are struggling, I think the RNG of getting lucky with the number of times it tries to use the junk items is probably the best bet of eeking out wins they might not otherwise get.

Agreed to blasters being better than bombs for not huge pets. Memory did not serve and this isn't a challenger with huge amount of weapons or generation.

Did they change so that the eight head one doesn't drop on 5 wins?:( I really want one of that for free

try with two blasters and natasha+ Cronus+ two healers + the spec and thunderball may be? For scrolls I used aftershocks and a void, a gotf, lucky and a bunch of cobalt But I didn't even need the thunderball to get to five wins, my stats are similar with Jules and I am in late teir 12 so u should definitely do it:)

Thank you for all of that... I don't have Cronus, is there something I could use instead? going to read back through the rest of the posts

Edit: Need to beat MEATSLAB, THE FURIOUS 5 times at some point to be able to make a Cronus but that one is impossible too

I beat the MEATSLAB, THE FURIOUS 5 times when I had only 5000 hp I used ME and natasha when I don't have the Cronus and it was a pain to deal with lol anyway I can land u the Cronus for MEATSLAB if u want, u just have to return it to me with three parched crystals and one Bona crystal :)

Double blasting is always worthwhile if you can't brute force a win. Raging inferno is what boosts the Hydra's strength by 150 with each use so that's the best to blast. The Hydra does a lot of magma/fire/dark/earth. Cronus is nice to boost your stats. Other options include Natasha, MSH, TKSS, ME, OHS, wok. The Hydra can't be frozen unless you get the rare chance his blessing doesn't activate first turn. It's better to still bring in a none freezing scroll set and 100% freezer like the scientist specs or energized helmet. The Hydra freezes so make sure you mod with parched baguette
