I only have amazon and I've not watched any series on it yet. Been watching documentaries of late. Last two I enjoyed were The Booksellers (about rare book sellers/buyers, mostly in NYC and how the number of shops have declined) and The Gardener (about Frank Cabot who had a 20 acre garden in Quebec that he eventually opened to the public and who did a lot of philanthropy). Watch a bit on britbox as well. Just finished rewatching Mrs. Browns Boys and just started Waiting for God (rewatching really since I have seen it before back in the 90s). Sorry I don't have anything new for you. I'm old. I watch a lot of reruns. :) I didn't know Call the Midwives was on prime. I love that show too. Also making a note of other shows on prime mentioned here.

As for shows:

On Netflix I binged "The Great Canadian Baking Show". It's a baking competition but it's so sweet and wholesome and the desserts are to die for. Also, if you like docu-series or true crime there is a new series on Netflix called "Worst Roommate Ever". It's a limited series and each episode focuses on one roommate; from murderers, to serial squatters, to con artists, etc. Each episode is really interesting and different from the others.

On Amazon Prime there is a series called "Who the Bleep Did I Marry?" which is a docu-series in which women realize their husbands aren't wo they thought they were.
