Hello, everyone!

We're still getting a bead on the issue with the new virus strains. Keith is continuing to work on it, but we want to make sure we get the root cause solved. While it seems to be related to the newest skins, this problem was not showing itself when Amber triple-checked before starting Survival (it's a tricky one). We need to figure out how to get the entire VIP program working, rather than have more frustration and more bugs if we let Gunner open his doors again with just some of the strains and the issue, er, progresses to them as well.
Once we have the info on what and why went wrong, we'll be making a news post with next steps. We'll also then have more details on extension. Thank you!

Until we find the antidote, er, figure it out, we can't tell and we'd rather not chance it. You know how in the zombie movies there's that one person who gets bitten and hides it, and that's the trigger for everything else to unravel? Given the holiday, we're a little worried about that metaphor. :p Happy birthday, btw!
