I noticed that too, glad to hear (in a way) that I'm not the only one.

It would be helpful if that post came as soon as possible and Bird Watching maybe even taken down for the reminder of the event? Otherwise users will wonder what's wrong, get frustrated and it doesn't help to be informed afterwards.

Oh ohkay! I just found that if I could not find floating birds? they were already in my Minion zoo. I get them out and take them to the bird lady then return them to zoo^^

An extension after Survival would be great. Especially since there was the problem of errors when finding the birds.

I haven't found a single bird since survival started. I have to keep taking 1 out of my gallery just to have one to turn in. Which we shouldn't have to do. Guess survival broke birds. :(

Oh, so that's what's wrong. I haven't found any of the birds since Survival either. Fortunately, the ones she wanted were one's I've had before so I was able to take them out of my pet treasures to satisfy the quest. Now I'll just skip them. I'd rather have survival working. :D

So if we don't get SPs or anything for finding birds and we can't find them now why should I bother with bird watching.

Would’ve been nice to know this before I wasted half an hour poking around the site yesterday… At least I know now.

I'm just surprised that there's been no mention of this, that it's useless watching for birds so there's no reason to even try bird watching until survival is over and hope it works then.

Adding my experience, after half an hour of clicking around still no sign of my Veta Plover so I assume same thing is happening to me

Given a choice, I'd prefer the birds over the flowers, but an extension to bird watching is probably a lot easier. This has not been a kind month for programming, has it? I hope the extension can be announced soon.

I've had to either buy birds or take them out of my zoo since flowers started. Not cool

I went to go get my bird now that Survival is over and found it twice. Both times I clicked it I got an error "cannot collect this item right now" :(

Finally!

I found a bird yesterday and was able to 'catch' it. Today I am finding the bird, but when I click on it I get a drop down window with the home page. I have found the bird twice but cannot catch it. 😢
