I’m having an issue with the wardrobe on the legacy site. It gets stuck on “Loading your avatar data…” and never opens. The Kumos version works fine for me

Hi! Wardrobe on new.subeta loads avatar data infinitely. Kumos wardrobe seems to work fine, but if there's a way to remove items there, I can't find it. Issue occurs on both Firefox and Chrome, and has been happening since I made my account. I also can't see my avatar on legacy or new, only Kumos. Thank you in advance!

Like everyone else it seems the wardrobe on new.subeta.net is stuck on loading avatar data indefinitely while it appears to work fine on Kumos; the issue occurs on both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Also, my avatar doesn't show up at all on Legacy.

hi! Finally found this thread :D New user, avatar does not show up at all on Legacy but works fine on Kumos. Wardrobe on new.subeta.net is stuck on "Loading your avatar data..." I have tried Microsoft Edge and Chromium.
This has been an ongoing issue since I joined a month ago, and I wasn't aware there was someone here this whole time who could fix it for me! Better late than never though!

Hi again. For some reason, my HA broke again today. Could you, plase, reset it? Wardrobe is working fine, as expected. Is just that it started to show the very first HA from when I started to play.

There are some site issues that were going on earlier that are being worked on. If your wardrobe works, then resetting isn't going to help you.

I see :( thanks anyway. I'll check again tomorrow, maybe it will be fixed. So far, wearing different outfits or items from the Wardrobe doesn't work for me
I also want to mention that if I reset you now, your infection will reset.

Hi I'm a newer player and my wardrobe has been unusable since I joined. I play on Firefox, but I've tested on Chrome too and the wardrobe page never loads. I also can't see my avatar on the legacy website, even in item previews. I don't play often, and usually use a Samsung phone or IPad when I do play, but it's always been like this. Any help is appreciated!
