Keith and Jessi are investigating! Please don't feel bad about filing tickets for reimbursement as needed for CSC not being refunded, we want to fix things when they're not working as intended!

For this topic, description of the items submitted could be useful in case there's some common feature. Screenshots are handy (thank you, )! Putting them in your ticket is fine as well, but info here centralizes it for tracking and reports. So for timeframe as well, if anyone was having this issue before the timestamp of the first post, please put in this topic when you first ran into it.
