I have a lot of happy memories recently from the battle community. I remember when little me came through, trying to beat some of the smaller challenges, and I was given so much support. Kevin lended me my first unbuyable for a challenger, and I was crazy worried about using it. Jess, Wesker, and Jovi were among some of the best people to give strategy and suggestions. I now have my capped pet and another high tier because of all those people being lovely (and the sense of challenge, lol.)

Subeta has been pretty much a solo experience for me. I've tried to get friends to join, some have for a short time, but nobody has stuck around for long. So I mostly keep to myself and play the game for my own enjoyment. Every now and then I'll get an anonymous gift, just a cute lil item from somebody random who decided I needed a cute lil gift. It always makes me smile, makes me feel noticed. Like, "Hey you, yeah you! Take this gift, you deserve some extra happiness today!" :) Always love to see the kindness of strangers.

This is actually quite recent, but I sold a pretty big lot of SubQ items to and since then we've been having these nice long text wall chats back and forth :) It's nice to have a friend to chit chat about the going ons around Subeta, especially one who's been around a long time like me haha--gives me something to look forward to when I log in :D

I can remember when and I first joined. A super kind player that I can't remember the name of, gave me a bloodred torrey elixir because I was super indecisive of what pet I wanted. I never ended up using it yet, but I still have it locked in my inventory.

I know all about the Sads. I love this concept. Pixels are very much a source of happiness today.

Subeta has been a special online community for the last 13 and a half years. I joined when I was a teenager and Subeta was an escape from a real world that made me miserable. As I've grown up and fought my battles, I've always come back to Subeta. It feels like a connection to my past -- a rare connection actually, after the many strings I've cut along the way.

I'm grateful for the escape it still brings, and for the community that has introduced me to great friends over the years.

Reading the posts here has made it clear that many users here love the connections they've made with others, too.

A special memory of mine was when one of my friends gave me my first CW. It is called Occupied Branch.

There have been many happy moments here on Subeta. I won't even start to try and name them all or this would end up a Really long post. Subeta has at times been a distraction from what I should have been doing, but it's also been a good distraction from the sadness that life has to offer sometimes. It was a place for me to go mindless and forget without hurting in some way irl.

One of my happy memories though, is when I joined a group. I just did it casually. Wasn't really thinking (I don't think..) at the time. I just thought it'd be a place to talk. I had been on for years, but still felt lonely. But in the Lairbears I found people who were kind and listened. Everyone was supportive of each other. I found friends.
The day I realized I had friends here, I actually cried. Though I felt alone irl at the time, someone was asking how my day went and if I was okay. Sometimes it's the little things that can make a big difference in someone's life. A moment of kindness.

Subeta is such a relaxing place. There are so many wonderful players here that go out of their way to help others. They make the events exciting and fulfilling, explain how to things work here and make it a comfortable place just to hang out.

I have been playing here for over 13 years. My sister asked me to join. I have met many nice people here. They have become part of my life although, sadly I will never meet them face to face, I feel I know them as well as I do my friends that I do see. The best thing though is that my sister and I keep in touch here. We live in different countries and rarely have been able to get together but we stay close and talk often here. Some of my longest or closest or both friends besides my sister, are , , , , , shirastardust and .

I have been part of Subeta for over 14 years. I came over with several friends from another site. It's been great being here and having a few friends even though only one that I knew from before still checks in here. The holidays and other events reminds me that there are some great people out there.

do you know that song by Train..Soul Sister..a line goes like this.." "Just in time I'm so glad you have a one track mind like me You gave my life direction A game show love connection we can't deny"" Well i likend this to be the game show..(Subeta) and the love connection was one that was ten years ago..i met fell in love and had him move across the country to be with me...all from here in our little Subeta World. It is incredible and virtualy unheard of on subeta that i have that love still in my heart! . My friends here run deep in my blood and i would fight their battles should their lives need it there are often things we can do to help our friend here outside of subeta with real notes.. cards,, gifts and contibutions to help their troubled times go smoother.

GOD i just am so in love here and damn grateful to have SUBETA..my own private world with just you all in it ❤

THEN..when we celebrate together we REALLY celebrate here! My friends here mean the world to me truly a game changer in my 13 years of being here. I am glad you gave us a venue to let out some of the great things that have come through our wonderous SUBETA WORLD!

I found Subeta in a dark time in my life. I was going through a divorce and in a very mentally/verbally abusive relationship. I made a small group of friends who were amazing and helped me get out and into the world again. They brought sunshine back into my life when I was ready to just end things entirely. My best friend came from this site.

I met my first friend, , via Mysterious Melody. ^_^ We had a lot of fun together and got to chatting afterwards! Thinking about it always makes me happy. c:

I'm not the best at keeping up with social comments (with anyone) and tend to leave them for ages at a time, but I still care. <3

I have meet some wonderful users both in & out of the Groups/cults I enjoy playing here on Subeta ,even when the site is having trouble & Staff is doing there best to get things fixed, I still come here. I think that's what I love the most about Subeta It's My Happy Place & I can be with all My Subeta Friends that I love. Hugsss :D

Thank you so much for the opportunity c: I think one of the best “warm fuzzy” feelings I get from this site is just seeing users all work together, either answering each other’s questions, speculating on battle lore, kind users hosting giveaways.. the FWSG tag group to let people know when items are cheap, the item hunt helpers groups, people congratulating each other on their achievements, every contest that’s been held.. people standing up for staff when there are misunderstandings, everyone who runs Subetalodge, heck every single person who’s ever worked on the site, paid or volunteer!
