This year I have so many plans. And, I've definitely hit the ground running. I am planning to have an elective surgery, but I'm so excited. I actually know a lot of people that are going out of country for it so it was definitely a choice to stay here in the US to get it done. It has and is going to require more trips back and forth from Albuquerque as that is where the clinic is and it is atleast a 5 months intensive process of meeting assigned dietitians, surgeon, and BH specialists. My husband had the surgery last year and it was a 10 month process for him. We have different insurance now so I'm hoping to get it done in half the time. Everytime I have an appointment we try to make a day of it and go place in ABQ we have never been before. It's made the whole process more enjoyable and something to look forward to instead of dreading the long trips that take an entire day off out of the equation.

Adventure! I love a good adventure ❤️ I really love travelling, exploring new places and eating new foods c: I enjoy organising holidays, researching and making an itinerary, and learning about the new place in the process. One of my last trips a couple years ago was to Taiwan, I really enjoyed the food there, especially the night markets, and visiting the teahouse in Jiufen felt really magical 😍
Adventures in camping are my favorite ones, even though we camp in the same spot we find new adventures everyday and things to explore. I wish it was summer all the time in NY
Adventure?!
So right before covid hit I was vacationing in Mexico with my husband and I made a quick decision I would attempt to drive a seadoo. It was like a couple hundred for 3 of us to have our own so we did it and let me tell you.. if you've never used one of those before lololol the throttle in the middle of the ocean is both amazing and terrifying xD I never really went much higher than 5 on a gage of 10 but I had a blast and it was a very weird decision for me to make, but man I'm glad I did lol
A very merry unbirthday to ME! An adventure I'm hoping to get is a research internship program for this summer. I'm a veterinary student and I'm trying to figure out exactly what I want to do. I'm applying to a program in Maryland that I'd love to get. AAAH!
Adventure:
I want to see Ireland and Scotland for their castles and green land.

Lot's of travel-related posts. Not surprising there is a lot of wanderlust, after lockdown :)
That's a great goal!
That sounds so cool!
That's amazing :D
I'm so glad things are looking up and that you blossomed in what sounds like a very tough situation. Good for you! ❤
It's so great that you found a way to fill the trips with more positivity than dread :)
Jan 27 – Adventure
Today, I'd like to share the day when a friend and I went bungee jumping on a lake. After putting on the harness, you climb and you can see the water below. And then, you let yourself drop, a real feeling of freedom! It was so so great!
Adventure...!
Hmm. When I was younger I went snorkeling a lot near my house, and usually I would see a lot of fish, sometimes an octopus or an eel, etc. but only if my eyes were sharp that day lol. But one day I was minding my business in the Pacific Ocean and I turned around for some reason, only to find a young sea turtle right in my face xD I was shocked, but it was also so cute! I didn't really know why it tried to poke at my mask but it was a fun experience. I swam away and left it alone after that of course!
Jan 27: Adventure So...I want to travel a lot, lol But monies. :c I'd really like to go to the UK, France, South Korea, and Japan! In the US, I still wanna go to NYC and back to Colorado again for the mountains.
My greatest adventure was the cruise I took alone a few years ago. I was able to go to Mexico in the Yucatán peninsula and your some beautiful places. The best was snorkeling in an underground river. I met some wonderful people and saw some of the most beautiful things in my life.
Adventure: I'll have to go with bucket list. I would love to one day visit Canada to check out culture and the people there. Maybe they'll be kinder and less toxic than the people I've dealt with in this town. I also would like to visit South Carolina and Colorado as well.
Like a good neighbor, stay over there!

I only have 1 adventure on my list so far: a 5-day travel to London with a friend. We avoided the main sights and scoured the parks and hidden quirks of the city instead. It was a great couple of days! But if the big C allows, I will go to Sweden with my friends sometime in summer, to walk along the King's road or what was it's name. :D

Adventure : My greatest adventure was traveling with my dad to Ireland. It was such a memorable trip, and we actually went to the town where my grandmother (his mom) lived for a while as a child herself. Such a magical place and so many beautiful views in the countryside.
This year, my boyfriend and I plan to drive? up the East Coast to Maine and spend a couple of nights there. We've both wanted to visit there, and now it's actually in reach since we live in TN.

For my adventure, my goal this year is to go outside my comfort zone and try new hikes even if I have to go by myself. I have been tending to hike all the same spots over and over again lately because they’re close and I know them, but I need to go back to when I tried new places all the time.

Day 5 - Adventure
I have always wanted to go on a vacation to Africa. I want to see the pyramids and go on a safari.
