I understand that Survival got in the way. I can't wait to see what new achievements there will be, and what kind of prizes they will have, as well as having something to work on again.

I've just read on other threads, that people still have not been given their achievement for having completed the collections! Why not?

Might so. But at a price. Just look at that Hoarfrost loot. It's not acceptable, that they have finished the collections and don't get the achievement like everybody else did, just years (and way less expensive with less items) than now?

Just simply give them their due achievement! They don't have to travel to the future to add non existent items. Their collections are full. Have been for weeks.

This is exactly the issue! I filed a ticket asking for my achievement since I have collected all of the released plushies, and I was told I was SOL. It is crap like this that drive so many long time subeta players away! I left Neo way back because it was obvious that they didn't care about the players. I came here 13.5 years ago because staff really did care. Right now it feels like that is no longer the case. I've spent billions of sP and hundred of dollars to "finish" my collection, but to then not get the achievement because of a glitch is beyond frustrating!!!

I've wait 13 years to collect "all" of the plushies. What's another 13 years to Subeta?

It's not even a glitch! It's Staff biting off more than can chew, making promises they can't keep, and lack of any contingency planning for when unavoidable IRL stuff happens.

In the very least, everyone who collected everything that's been released thus far should get their achievement. We all know soon doesn't mean anything here.

There is no excuse. People should be given their titles and rewards. They should not have to add anything that came after they got the achievement.

Since the new collection will be out, I would hope that anyone who has been waiting would NOT have to add this month's collection item/s.

I agree 100%! The only glitch I mentioned is the items showing up in collections before they have actually been released. Demigod has read all of the books for a while, and I have never seen an unreleased item show up in that collection until the 2 MM books.

I went back and looked at the sMail of when I bought the Limited Edition Sebastian Phoenix Plushie. It was January 14th. I waited 2 weeks until January 28 to file a ticket, hoping they would fix the problem and that I would not have to buy the February collection plushie. So I have been waiting 6 weeks for the achievements that I should have already earned. It feels like a lot longer than that!

No way should you have to keep buying the collections to get the achievement. That's blackmail.

I feel like this is something that should be in a thread in the feedback forum, about things being pushed back to unknown times, because even though I was fine because Survival got in the way at first, now it does feel like it's being put off even more, but this thread isn't really the place to talk about it.

Agree that this may belong more in Site Feedback, but adding in another voice because it exists here.

After years of working on it, I finally finished my beanbag collection in January!

Except.... I still haven't gotten the achievement, because the Grubbles Beanbag is still unreleased. It's been almost 2 months of hearing it'll be coming "this week" and then "this week(end)" and then "this week", and I've kept up to date with all the newly released beanbags during that time. If the beanbag & plushies were going to be released as a free gift or something similarly easy to obtain, that'd be a little easier to stomach. Knowing they likely won't be super easy to obtain whenever they are finally released is just adding salt to the wound.

I should have had my achievement 2 months ago because I had all the released beanbags - and still do.

I get that things come up, and know that this wasn't done on purpose. But can the unreleased items please please just be switched temporarily to Staff rarity (or whatever will make them disappear from 'missing collection items'), so we won't be penalized for something that is not our fault?

It's demoralizing to collectors. It is a huge accomplishment for people who have spent years working on their collections and they don't get to enjoy it because of an unreleased item's rarity? When I completed my beanbag collection I took screenshots of my username at the top of the high score table and the achievement event, posted them in the forums and celebrated being done. People finishing their collections for the past few months don't get the thrill of seeing their names at the top or getting the achievement event that confirms that yes you have finally made it. It's anti-climatic. I don't blame people for being upset and disappointed, like that's it? That's your reward after all this time?

Also if you have everything except an unreleased item that is just next level frustrating when you have to worry about more being released through events, challengers etc. Then when it's released you still don't get to enjoy having a completed collection because it might take months to obtain that item which means you have to deal with getting more event beanbags, more special shop plushies, etc. That's aggressively rubbing salt in the wound.

Personally, I kept up with my beanbag collection despite completing it years ago (I am only missing the unreleased item) because collecting was my main source of enjoyment on subeta and I liked being on the high score table, but this whole thing has made me realize that after 14.3 years it's time to kick this habit so I'll be shifting my focus elsewhere. I'm not worrying over new releases or struggling to get them, and I'm not spending any more money on monthly collections or cash shop challengers just for collection items. Good luck to everyone else still working on their collections or waiting for unreleased items.

I'll admit I am disappointed that the items still won't be out this week or even during winter which would be thematically appropriate, but changing them to staff rarity was the best course of action to tide over those who had almost completed their collections.

And sorry to hear about that, I hope it wasn't too serious because it sounds like it was serious enough to affect your work.
