I buy everything I see that I want haha. All the books, plushies, beanbags, foods, some of the wears.
I've got a ridiculous amount of most of the event items, too. Except for New Years Points. Can never seem to catch up with those ones. :(
Ohhh nice! I watched Raya and the Last Dragon with my friend. And I watched the girls shovel. Well... mostly Elly shovel. Lily cried and then fell in a bush and then cried some more.
Why did Lily cry? Besides falling in a bush. I might cry for that too.
I have trinkets for masquerade because friends were very generous last year lol sent me trinket bags! I have about 1k hearts now. New years gosh yea those are hard to get since they moved them to pretty much quests only. I mean you do get a few re ones but not many. And I don't think I have very many of esther's coins.(haha yea I checked. I have 4)
Still have to wipe down counter and sweep and mop Nathan picked up and vacuumed the living room. And badly vacuumed the couches and cat towers (there is still fur...to be fair it sticks!!)
Because she hasn't taken her pills in two days because SHE IS A DISASTER.
I even reminded her last night. She couldn't find them, even after I told her specifically where they were.. and so just went to bed without.
New Year Tokens You have 450
Candy Hearts You have 8,573
Steamworks Trinkets You have 18,740
Lounge Trinkets You have 12,318
Vesnali Coins You have 2,768
I'm not sure I bought the masq and lounge stuff from last year? Actually. Maybe I should go check haha.
You're kicking butt! Um.. yeah no, most of us have done.. nothing :P
aww poor girl. Just feeling down. I see. Yea, Nathan wanted to be responsible for taking his pills on his own. He tells me he takes them. I probably should check on it ;) Not that I think he would lie or not take them, but I haven't checked because I've been crazy busy and keep forgetting to check :P Bad mom.
Umm well really I only picked stuff up and washed dishes after cleaning out the cupboards and fridge so I could put the shopping away hahah So much more I NEED to do...
But instead of more housework I was doing schoolwork :P I guess thats good tho. I submitted my two responses in history and started my music listening. Got about halfway thru the answers before hubby popped in to get some stuff and visit with Nathan. They are screwing him up right now, even tho he was SUPPOSESD to get to do a specific run, that hasn't started yet so they put him on a different one, which is now having difficulty at the location so he can't do that anymore right now, so he's been put back on what he would be doing if he had stayed at home instead of going over the road. SO ANNOYING
[edit] Just finished my listening. 87% on first try :D Guess I should go finish cleaning the kitchen now ...
87 is great, especially for a first try!
Elly has taken her own meds since the beginning, and she's super great at it. Lily... is a hot mess. I got her a weekly case even, so we can see when she misses them.
Guys we watched Turning Red tonight, and it was so great!
Umm yep... no idea what you are talking about. Glad you enjoyed watching it :P
Oh look I've turned all grey finally. I almost forgot I was getting a zombie skin still LOL
I had to set myself alarms on my phone to remind me to take my medications. (and like, dozens of other things I do daily hahahah!! - I live for alarms apparently - I have one to : get up, feed the dogs, wake Nathan if he isn't up, leave for work, clock in, send child to specific assistance teacher, clock out, take blood pressure, feed dogs again, take medicine) I don't have one for "go to bed" but my phone does go to greyscale and not allow notifications at a specific time lol which basically IS my bedtime....
Man I was working on what I could say for my stupid work ethics video and I timed myself reading it (which I can't do, I have to be able to look at the camera and speak it) and I only got to 1.5min, so I added a bit more and only got to 2min :( SIGH
You got a forum point while making a post! Check out the shop here! [Edit] I almost thought I slept in. Then remembered. Tho technically I guess I did sleep in a little as it was 730 when I got up. Good morning everyone!
Morning Kat!
It's the new Pixar movie, about a 13 year old girl who turns into a red panda when she feels strong emotions. And it's ADORABLE.
Hello :D I've been to the grocery store for the last few bits. Now I have to : make hamburger helper so I have it for lunch this week (I bought a salad, and some sandwich stuff too - this week at school they aren't serving but ONE meal I will eat - I normally just eat school meals as its easier for me). I have to plant my flowers since Nathan finally found my big pots in the back house (yes, they've been sitting in my yard being rained on for almost 2 weeks lol bad me! but hey, they would have been sitting at lowes too...so....) AND I reallly need to try to shave the dog. Forget mopping the floor til after that I guess. I did clean the counters this morning and swept the floor last night. Any bets on how much of that I get done today? LOL
At least I don't have any schoolwork i "HAVE" to do. I COULD do some, read history chapters, re-do my music listening - but nothing that NEEDS to be done.
Oh that sounds cute. I just cant manage to turn on anything for myself to watch. Not even Game of Thrones, which I really DO want to finish watching.
We had sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast, I helped Elly fill the bird feeders (in 7 inches of snow, ugh!).
And we cleaned up a little bit, the girls all showered, and I did a load of towels. We're going roller skating this afternoon with youth group. Well.. they all are! I don't need wheels on my feet to be a disaster!
I don't skate anymore either. like 5 or more years ago I went with the kids - and I fell. My knee was bruised for over a year it felt like! (and looked like, there was a slightly browner spot for a LONG time). My last load of laundry is in the dryer now. Nathans jeans. I do have some dirty whites, but not enough for even a small load, so its waiting til later.
Well. Hubby is coming over and taking us to get lunch somewhere ok then. All because we were like I dunno what we are doing for lunch. Maybe he is finally getting lonely in his hotel room :P lol Or bored. I dunno. So I'll see ya'll later (and ugh, stuff not getting done, seeeee I told you! any bets now?) (I am all prepped to shave the dog tho, so that will be done when we get home, hopefully!)
Wholly shit, Mieke. That's a helluva lot of currencies!!!
Ok so my youngest is flying the coup today. I don't mind admitting that I've been crying most of the weekend. It's going to feel so damn empty without her around everyday.

aww - its hard having them leave. I still have my youngest, but its been a change, adjusting to his dad not being here anymore - and when my daughter left I felt kind of odd, not having her around.... (however I am totally loving not hearing the TV constantly, and being able to go stretch out on the bed later in the evening instead of having to use the couch LOL)
Ok guys. What do you think of the new news? Swapping holidays? Vesnali next and THEN Masquerade later? I mean I like that the flowers match up with Spring better (I always felt May was too late. April was ok) And the masquerade, well its different having it later, but to me it really had no set date/holiday to match up with....
Oh and I've currently got a half-shaved dog because the clippers got hot and he got restless :P
I'm really trying to keep it together as I've been helping her load up her car. I know I've already said that I've depended on her more than I should've to stave off the loneliness of not having a partner, and she really has become my best friend. My lil bro is still here, but I wish I could just take him home and cry the day away w/ some drinks (not a normal thing for me - I like to drink, but not when I'm sad.) I made her different types of sushi that she asked for on Friday night, crying a lot. Comfort food. (Just an fyi, sushi isn't all about raw fish.)
I like that they're switching up the holidays b/c it really does make more sense, and I prefer Vesnali so much more over Masq.
My trimmer would get pretty warm too, but I always made sure to oil and clean it when I did take a break to let it cool down so that there wasn't much of a downtime between start to finish when I did shave a full sized dog. My daughter's dog that passed a few years ago was completely chill and never got restless. This asshole I have now is just..an ass.
Idk... not in a great mood. It's probably better that my lil bro is here but it's not like he's contributing to the finances.

This one isnt'a big dog (only like 20 lbs - he is a shiz tzu mix) but his fur got too long and some matted :( So makes it harder. And I didn't realize how long his nails had gotten. He doesn't like me messing with his paws, so that makes it harder. I've only got a couple nails trimmed. He is mostly shaved now, just some spots on his butt/belly and one paw.
I feel you. I mean, brother is at least someone there, a presence, but if he annoys you more than helps you out (with your feelings or otherwise) than he's not much help.
What is is w/ dogs and their paws?! He whines when I just wipe his muddy ass paws off when he comes in from being outside. SO ANNOYING.
I have tried trimming his claws before but not only is it a pita, they're black and I always have to use the guard which only works well if you trim once a week to push back the nerve so you can get shorter and shorter. I don't have that patience.
I trim all the cats claws.
My dog is a full on german shepherd that my oldest daughter dumped on me. He's 110lbs right now, but the vet said a healthy weight should be around 95. Think I've gotten him down to about 100. My youngest daughter's dog was a shepherd mix and probably maxed out around 80lbs. Incredibly smart.

...aaand, she's gone.
Ugh.. felt like I got punched in the gut.
I've spent a good part of the past 15yrs (16 this May) since I've been divorced being alone. Nothing worse than thinking about having a guy around that might mess w/ your little girls, so I basically didn't.

Aww , I'm so sorry. :( I can only imagine how much it must suck, but even the imagining is rough!
For sushi... I can't with the mouthful of cold rice. And also whenever I've tried sushi ROLLS, you can't bite them because they just fall apart and everything is unbalanced, flavorwise, so I'm just stuck there like.. Trying to chew but my mouth is super full because apparently I have a mouth the size of a 7 year old, according to my dentist LOL. So. Yeah. I'm just a mess when it comes to sushi.
Awww. ((((HUGS)))) I know I am not alone as I have my kid with me, so its different, but I can't imagine having another guy around at all. Just, not interested. Maybe one day that will change. Maybe not.
My daughter came and surprised me. Apparently, they have the week off from college this week, so they drove up and she didn't tell me til like 5mins before they drove up the driveway!! :D I hope she calls her dad like I told her to. (I know I probably shouldn't, but I care that he'll get upset she didn't let HIM know she was coming too - since he wasn't here - tho to be fair, she didn't know yet he had already gone over the road and isn't staying here anymore - I told her when she got here.) They didn't stay very long, maybe 30min, but said they will come over tomorrow, and he is supposed to be here tomorrow night cooking dinner. [Edit] 3/14 320pm Guys I have had a day. So first I didn't sleep well. Then Nathan was impossible to get up this morning and didn't get out of bed until 5min before we leave. Then I left the kids water bottles at home. When I got to school...just barely on time, I realized I had also left my lunch at home. And I was NOT eating school lunch today. Gross. So I asked my boss if I can run home and clock in late when I get back and stay late to make up the time. Thankfully he said yes Then of course the kids. Two went home for throwing up and another got checked out early, and 3 never showed up at all. But even with 6 kids out, we had a helluva day. One was so obnoxious the teacher we took him to(for a time out/break) took him to a different teacher!!! Two others were crazy but not as crazy as that. Then add in the stupid new/old lunch seating and the kids were all over the place and loud as heck! Now here I am with NOTHING to do and I can't leave until 345.
