HELLLOOO!! I'm kinda just trialing these icons right now (hence my ugly little graphic OTL), but I was thinking of allowing simple custom plushies for an additional $3-$5? Something like a strawberry would be $3!!
Depending on the placements of the horns, they might not fit onto the icon; I'm working on a comm with a miqo'te character and the ears don't entirely fit. If it's a very complicated or busy design, it might have an additional fee of a few dollars. You can drop a ref and I can quote you a more accurate price if you'd like!

It's a gta RP character and his name is Linguini Abalone. He's a blind taxi driver with a heart of gold lol. The ref photos I put together include some in game screen shots, simplified art, and refs to pieces you can't see very well in the screen shots but help to get an understanding ^.^

Other: The photos aren't the best to get an idea of his hat but in the hat ref you can see it's like a pageboy style, and his feet aren't shown in any photos but he wears bright yellow & white striped slip on/slide sandals with white socks. I added a photo of the same style of slip on shoes to get an idea! He also wears an old-style bluetooth headset in his right ear that I added a ref too since it's really difficult to tell in the photos of him. His face is really just beard/mustache scruff and sunglasses.
As for pose.. I'm not positive, maybe similar to the one where he has his hand up to his face? He does that a lot during his "hmm"/thinking moments.
