exactly. I now expect the downtime when there is an event going on. I can't remember having an event without some sort of glitch happening. I always say, it's like a rite of passage. 😁

- you can log into the new Subeta? I haven't been able to since it went down last night. I thought it was out for everyone. o.O oops. I thought that's why we can't get into the wardrobe, or see our HA's.

Thanks for the update. The outage was during the normal time that I'd be online so I missed out on Melody. Oh well, there's always next year.

I reported this like a week ago, before it got so bad...it wasn't all of the sudden, but gradually. And yet...

While I'm thankful for any update I'm wondering how staff will now address users who were unable to get Melody's gift yesterday? Are they just supposed to take yesterday as a loss because they couldn't have logged in at a better hour?

If this is also a 'known bug' by your wording, why wasn't this addressed sooner? What was difficult that made a resolution for this bug not possible at the time it was found? Just curious! 🤔

Can someone tell me if images (HA and Trees on profile or in the decor area) not loading are part of the issues that happened? I'm unsure what else to do though I've tried all the things. (cache clearing, logging in and out a few times. Etc.) Hopefully it's resolved easily for y'all!

Most of the HA pictures have not loaded for this post. I also cannot get the Subscription link to download from the Cash Shop as it expired this morning. Is that problem related to this post too? (I purchased a 1 month GA instead as those loaded.) Hopefully, all will be fixed by January...
