[SPOILER] At time of writing the richest user on Subeta has 54,447,503,422 sP (Stats page). I don't know about you but I doubt I can earn that amount in a reasonable time scale, I want to get on with spending my hard earned sP, not just watching it accumulate for an unobtainable goal.

Who wants to join me to form a group to try for this together by pooling resources?

I'm thinking 10-15 people with roughly 4,000,000,000 each, but once we get together as a group we can discuss what we feel comfortable with. I feel to be fair each participant should be putting in the same amount, and it will take me personally around 2 years to get to that figure, but I want to set this group up now in order to get to know each other and gain the trust required to share around such huge amounts.

Saying you're interested now is not, and never will be, an obligation to participate when the time comes if you don't wish to. You don't need to publicly share how much you have now if you don't want, I thought it might be nice to use this group as encouragement to gain more sP as there will be a common goal in mind. As it is a fairly long term goal perhaps a few check-ins throughout the year to find how we're all progressing.

If anyone reading this has done this before very interested to hear your words of wisdom.

Hi! I would love to join, but I'm no where near that 4,000,000,000 sP amount. And with work taking up so much of my time, I hardly have time to quest. The only thing I really do are dailies and Item Hunt.

I would be interested. I'm at a point where I'm finished saving, I'm ready to join so I can spend At one point, I was , but I've been spending a lot lately on weapons and to earn some other achievements.

Except that the achievement has been screwed up for a long time now. My dashboard has said "You are the 1st richest user on Subeta." for over a year even though I'm obviously not 1st. Just keep hoping they will eventually fix it.

Well, that sucks. I assumed they fixed it since I spent a bunch of sp and moved down to 5th. I need to buy more weapons :)

Even if the rank displayed is not accurate I'm hoping the achievement will still trigger if you are truly the richest user.

i’ve been sitting at 26th and logging in once or twice a year for maybe 7 years? lol. so it’d make more sense to me if it was still broken

Maybe some are accurate, but I would really like them to fix it since I would love to see what level I'm actually at now.

Have you put in a ticket to explain that your dashboard says you are the richest user? I would hate to do all this and not actually get the achievement. I don't need to know the exact amount of sP you have, but, do you have more or less than the 54 billion showing on the stats page?

I think I mentioned it in a ticket months ago. Yes I have less than 54 billion and I checked my achievements. I just figured that it's been broken for a long time because it hasn't really been accurate for a couple years.

I would be interested in joining the group. I've been more active on here lately and have been trying to get as many achievements done as i can.

I've done this achievement with a pool. We recruited through people we knew. So a few people who knew each other started it, then each of them recruited a person or two that they personally vouched for, and those people recruited more and so on. The entry level was only 2 billion, but the total we needed was also lower. At least one person, possible more joined in who already had the achievement to help us out.

Back when we did it groups didn't exist. I'm wondering if it might work better with a group and through the group bank. Whether or not you end up using the group bank to transfer funds, you probably want to make a group for communication, tracking and encouragement.

I'd recommend submitting a ticket and asking some questions. First, what are the sP limits for transferring through trades and through a group bank. It was long time ago for me and I don't remember all the details but there were transfer limits that changed over time. You might also want to ask if the achievement can be triggered manually if the ranking system never gets fixed.

I was way more concerned about some glitch hitting the site while I had all that sP than I was worried about someone trying to embezzle all the funds. The whole process was equally exciting and terrifying.

I would offer to join in to help, but these days I only keep around a billion and haven't worked on saving anything for a long time.

I def want to join the group; I'm not super active (unless it's Moro/Fire/Lumi time) but I want to at least see how this goes. I'm still under 600,000,000sP right now so.....

@ Lypsyl Thanks for your comment. I have sent a ticket in with those questions and will await the outcome and then create a group if it's positive. I don't use them much and had forgotten about the group forum area.

All this makes me wish I had've started sooner on this achievement. Asking if the achievement could be triggered manually because of the glitches in the achievement and stats is a good question. Maybe you should create a follow up ticket about being ranked the richest user and see what happens . I bet your ticket got lost in the cue somewhere along the way.

But I'm not the richest user as I have less than the person who is richest, it's just the ranking that's wrong. Wish they'd fix it so I could see what I'm really at in rank.

Same with ranking. According to my dashboard I'm the 35th richest user....

I'd be interested in doing a group attempt at richest user! I'm pretty far away from 4bil but I could start saving. :)
