I just used the Paypal option and got 50 csc instead of the 6k I should have received. Filed a ticket, no reply yet. I couldn't tell you about Stripe.

Really kinda pissed off. This is one of the things that should have been checked thoroughly after being messed with to make sure it was working properly.

Yes, plus it's money we're talking about. :c I guess I won't be trying to buy CSC with paypal either. I hate the fact that I feel trapped with the CWs waiting on me. :/ I wish we could have some kind of update about it.

Used paypal to buy 1000CSC. Received 10CSC. Filed a ticket but it hasn't been assigned to a staff member yet. Kinda pissed because I need to pay for a CW.

~ I think because of all the issues, they might be backed up. How much is your slot to pay for the CW? I can lend it to you, until you receive your credits, if you like ~ ^.^ ~

Well I'm kind of glad I haven't gone out and gotten UGCs if there's problems getting the CSC from it... :/

We're working on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon!

Before you buy from UGC (or any method) please make sure to double check the amount :)

I was just assigned the slot to pay for today so I should still be good for at least two more days. I already smailed the user who is selling the CW to let them know what's up. But thank ya'll :)

OKAY, ugc is fixed. It should try again to give you the credits sometime tonight, if not you should get a response on your tickets shortly. :)
