Welcome to Subeta! Unlike Neopets, there are a /lot/ of opportunities to add pet slots to your account. Currently I have about 40 pets, so you don't have to be too stressed about picking just a few pets c:

I think my first pet was a Mahar, I think the scribble ones are adorable :3 Galactic is also one of the most affordable 'colors' of pets that are easy to earn, and wouldn't break your heart to "morph/paint" over if you changed your mind later too!
