this one is by and I LOVE how it incorporates so much of moro but still has a very gentle and cohesive vibe!! the face is both halloween and elegant and I'm obsessed with the cat in the hat + that background layering!

After looking through multiple threads to see what people were wearing, and watching as some I thought about picking changed by the time I got to another thread they were in, I've still been coming back to . She has the cute but creepy dolly look going on and while it's simple in it's monotone color, it definitely gives the creepy vibe. (plus she has a number of cute halloween cats in her shop) :D
