Is the fix still coming soon? I'm getting logged out of new subeta every few time I leave the site...

Yeah, this is still happening. Moreso on mobile. When switching from desktop to mobile or vice versa it's the same thing.

I also cannot log into new Subeta it just keeps loading and loading and never goes anywhere. Seems this post is also messed up

I am also having this problem. After I log in it keeps loading but never actually does so.

I fixed it apparently I was using my old username and I tried it with the new one and it worked....However the pages in there are non functional and everything but wardrobe never loads

I changed my password, and the site did start running faster for me, and it did let me log into new subeta, I just don't know if it will last or not, but I will post here if it changes!

so far so good... now hopefully we can get the lag fixed and we'll be good ;)

[edit] 5:45pm Nope, that didn't work. I got logged out again just now. sigh

I changed my password and can log in ~ only recurring problems are that I am still experiencing a lot of lag and whenever I clear my laptop's cache history, I get logged out of old Subeta and new Subeta.

Ok update (I can't see any posts as it is infinite loading atm), but I left my computer for several hours and I was logged out of new subeta, I can't log back in, but I also can't view forums and other things as well because of it.

Edit: I logged out and back in and can see forum posts again, but I am experiencing immense lag.

No worries, its a holiday Im sure it will be fixed soon. =] Thankyou for looking into all the issues tho. It seems to fix the problem for me everytime I log out and back in (on regular subeta) if that helps any. Its almost like something times out and I just have to do that. Its not super often just a few times a day.

I changed my password, but I'm still faced with having to log into New Subeta every twenty minutes or so and experiencing issues logging into the new login page

So far so good, though I haven't been using the forums for an extended period of time since. But I... think it might be fixed for me, I say, hoping I don't jinx myself...

This still doesn't fix the issue of getting kicked off and having to log back in several times throughout the day. If I'm not actively using the forums or the wardrobe, I get logged off the new subeta and only notice it when I try to get into a forum thread, the wardrobe or a CW shop.

Yup, same, still getting logged off, and on top of it, ever since I changed my pw, I can’t access the mobile site because it keeps redirecting

This is still happening for me as well (forever loading when logging in to new.subeta, constantly having to re-log in, etc.). I really want to save my current HA and make a new one but nothing is loading or if I can access the wardrobe, it doesn't save my outfit and searching for items is pretty much impossible with how much it refreshes/doesn't search.

I did not change my password, but after seeing reports that it's not really helping I probably won't. This is getting super frustrating!

Constantly being logged out of New Subeta today, making it very difficult to load the forums... It sometimes takes 5 minutes to log back in. It's quite frustrating when trying to do Morostide contests on the forums... I am sure I will be logged out again very soon.

changed password and it didn't help I'm locked out of the Wardrobe and most importantly: from my CW shop x.x

having worrisome problems with the forums too
