I keep getting beaten. I am sure last year 2 of my tier 11 were tier 10 I cannot remember what I used. Was not able to access the forums to get tips

Your welcome. I am pretty sure I had T9's last year with wins, so I would think a T10 could get 10. I am pretty sure mine had around 170 AP though and that can make a big difference. Going to go leave you a comment.
