So...after about 64 battles...12 losses, 1 tie, and 52 wins....I walked away with 2 Shrieks, 8 amulets and 7 tomes...

80 battles in with Cynde against Nightlady and not a single shriek for him. :(

Got one Shriek in 15 battles, so that's better than last year. I can't remember if I got any the year before.

I still don't know if Shrieks have been nerfed or not so that the chance to freeze drops after a set amount of turns, or if it drops after your pet reaches T13, or if I've just been having incredibly bad luck lately. I should maybe do some testing to see if they stop working for me on the same turn every time.

Was actually quite fun farming to 300 kills on Espresso. The Shrieks and Tomes were delicious and kept things exciting - especially a shriek on kill 244 then double tomes at 253.

Overall for Espresso: 8 Shrieks (2, 8, 21, 27, 39, 190, 210, 244), 34 tomes, and 50 amulets
