good luck when you get it :D Melody's gotten her 3rd shot for DHPP (well technically she got DHLPP-distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and bacterial infection leptospirosis. ) This was a new vet he seemed nice and all. They gave us a free month pill of heartworm prevention and flea meds so that was nice. He said she's at least 5 months old as she has all her teeth now. Told me to increase the food by another cup and agree she's a border collie mix with either pointer or lab. He suspects she'll be about 50 lbs once fully grown. She's gained 2 lbs with us which I think she would've gotten more if it wasn't for the parvo week. well lol I might have shoved a gift under the tree. trees work if you wanna do 'em. I never tend to know if I'm finished buying or not lol so there still maybe be gift box lol.

Mum just told me that one of the things from you arrived yesterday (she's in charge of opening packages, so she's been busy squirreling things away so me and Dad can't spot them early - the only trouble with that, is when there's a package with something we've bought for her!), thank you! :D

Pusur has been extra needy lately. When I try to sleep, he will rest his head on my face. Hard to sleep with all that fur in my face. :P And of course he wants to lick my face too. lol Today I get to do some cleaning so that the flat looks nice for christmas.

hopefully the cleaning won't take too long :) I'm kind of half sorted - I've got my parents' presents wrapped (and I've done clues for a treasure hunt for them both, just for a bit of fun), but I've still not made their Christmas cards yet! ;)

That's impressive getting it all done! We are having pinnekjøtt. Which is lamb ribs that has been dried, and varying degree salted and smoked. Served with rutabaga mash/puree (which is much more delish than one would expect!) and potatoes. Its a very old and traditional dish that is typically only served around christmas time. :D Some people have other things.. like pork belly etc. Is turkey your christmas dinner? That is what many people serve on New Years Eve here.

laughs I'm going to have to remember that one for next year when Mum's busy saying we have to get the place clean for Christmas 😇 I did manage to find it, and also had some luck in an order arriving today (it wasn't meant to arrive until something silly like January 5th), so I've been able to wrap up one of the items from that order as well :D

oooo that actually sounds quite tasty :D We used to have turkey, but swapped over to pork a few years ago. So our normal Christmas Day lunch is roast pork, mashed potato, sprouts (usually overcooked, as that's how Mum prefer them), sage & onion stuffing, and carrots. And of course a bit of Christmas pudding with clotted cream for pudding ;)

I placed an order in the sale two days ago, which included a 24 inch fake Christmas tree which I thought would be ideal for next year.... it arrived this morning laughs so I might see if I can snaffle the little lights off the main tree and have them on that as well 😇
