This has happened quite a few times for me in different shops, this evening Sept. 8/9

Shop page reloads, scroll down, new items, select one, back to shop and the whole bottom of the shop is empty (5 or 6 row at least) It appears as if somebody/or something is scooping the bottom half of the shops. Since the Free Shop is up, and as expected it empties quickly, I was just thinking that it might be happening there as well.

It's been happening to me too.

Strangely enough if I look up one of the items that I know was in the shop before through shop search, I can still buy it. So the items are still there, they just don't show up on the shop page itself.

I didn't have the problem yesterday (or maybe I just didn't notice) but I am having it today. Main culprit is Thimble and Co., but also noticed it in Grooming Parlor.

I use Chrome as my main browser.

Having the same problem as well. Most shops (excluding Rathskeller Inn for some reason) don't load the bottom half of the pages. Hmm

Having the same problem with the bottom half of the shop not loading. Sometimes will load after multiple reloads.

Yup same. Admittedly I consistently have had this happen with Icy Goods, and just that store, for a long time. But usually if I refresh all the items will appear. Now it's way more stores and refreshing isn't always working.
