my summer has been - let's say mixed. There are still many things we can't due with our senior citizens, due to covid and if this (on it's own) would not be enough our region is one of those that got hit by the flood and we had no electricity in our retirement home for a week.

Lucky our old people did not have to be evacuated (my fa,mily and I had to be evacuated for a week - BUT we are lucky, we didi not loose someone , just a car and that has already been replaced - so I feel extremely lucky) but it was sort of hard for them to understand why some relatives stopped their daily visists and some found the whole situataion a bit frustrating.

So now we are happy that things settle it will take a long time ( some years I think) til all the damage will be gone but we cope .

We are hellping out as much as we can, since as said we re lucky but others have lost their homes and loved ones

my world lit up like two weeks ago, when someone wonderful on here agreed to do two CW BGs for me ( I was literally cryying becuase of happiness) So subeta is my sort of refuge - it makes me smile and even warms my heart to be able to write with my subeta family.

So yeah my summer has been pretty mixed up but things can only imporve now!

I love all the variety of fruits there are in season in summer! Watermelon, mangoes, tropical fruits, etc.
