Welcome to Subeta! For editing your profile, you can access it from Personal > Edit Profile on the top nav bar (the HTML/CSS can be edited via the Profile widget). Over here you can drag the order of the boxes as well as edit the HTML. Or you can access just the HTML/CSS part via Personal > Dashboard > Profile.
