A new authentication system was added on 7/6/21 (see explanation of what and why here:
Authentication). Since then, users have reported various issues they have encountered that appear to be related.
This thread will be for reporting related issues and provide updates whenever possible.

<li>Pages on "new.subeta.net" don&;t work/load correctly (including wardrobe, custom wearables, cosmetics, and monthly subscriptions page)</li>
</ul>
<p>Please try going to <a href="https://new.subeta.net/">https://new.subeta.net/</a> and logging in, and then reload the page you were trying to use. 99% of the time the page will load correctly after you do this. Please note that the username is case sensitive on the login form. Other than that, you should use the same credentials you use on Subeta.net.</p>
<p>If you need more help but cannot access the forums, please use the Ticket Center to let us know. This is the fastest and most certain way to get assistance from staff. You can also use tickets to share more information about the problem.</p>
<p>Finally, you can view Admin Post Highlights (and all admin posts) on those pages even if you can&;t load the forums. There is also a link on the news sidebar, "Staff Forum Posts" under "Check Out" section, for your convenience.</p>
<p>Having a shared authentication system across two domains is... very tricky. Thank you so much for sticking with us as we figure this out.

Just checking in to say that I see all of the feedback / issues, and am working through them today. Most importantly is the one requiring you to log in multiple times (on both sites!).</p>
<p>Once it is resolved that logging in on new.subeta.net keeps you logged in that should fix all of the cascading from there issues like the forums not loading. The reason they don&;t load is you&;re making a request to the new API, and it&;s saying "sorry you aren&;t logged in" even if you are on subeta.net.</p>
<p>I didn&;t expect this overhaul to go off without a hitch, but this is more issues than I was hoping for. I should have an update soon!

Most of the errors reported have been exclusive to Goggle Chrome - until the issues are cleared up, you can try another browser.

Making a Report

Please make sure you include the following information in your report:
- What browser you are experiencing the issue on (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- How frequently does it occur (every day, once a week, etc.)
- How long as it been on-going (first time experienced was today, it's been happening for a week, etc.).
- As much specific information as possible (i.e. the time it made you relog, etc)
- What you were doing when it happened/prompted it

Forum Loading Issues - Users have reported the need to log out/in every few hours/each day in order to view the forums. Primarily reported for Chrome.
New.Subeta - Login Issue - Logging into the wardrobe on Firefox throws an error: "Login Problem Invalid login credentials, try again?"
