Do we really need to log out and back in every single day in order to access the forums? Since that is what I have to do since the change. Every day I can't access the forums till I log out and back in first, is it meant to be like that?

My impression is that it was supposed to be once and done, but I too have had to login multiple times to keep the forums running.

Hey I didn't see you saying you were doing anything to address the issues with lag.

Is that just something we're going to have to live with because it's a "feature" rather than a "bug" or what?

@ Keith I logged out last night before bed as my 'last time' and this morning I still needed to log out again to get the forums to load. :C

[edit] I've logged in and out a few times and made sure to also do this on the new.subeta.net site (honestly didn't realize it was different) so hopefully that'll be a fix for it? I'll edit again tomorrow if it's broken again OTL

Had to log out and back in today almost 4 or 5 times on my mobile device. Only once on my laptop though but still, the issue is persisting.

Not gonna lie, I'm lost. Cleared history/cache and cookies logged in and out on both sites multiple times. I can't get the news on the new site, only wardrobe, and custom wearables. I can't navigate the ste at all, much less even find a link for the forums. No idea how to proceed from here except stay on the old site until you kick me off.

I don't know if it helps, but I haven't had any issues with my account since I logged in through the new site that one time several days ago. It's not restarting the issues every day or anything like that for me. Idk if that would help to have an example of one that seems to be functioning correctly.

I'm on Google Chrome Version 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 desktop site, and I haven't had any issues with not being able to see the forums or the wardrobe and such since a few days ago.

Im in the same boat as . When there were issues the other day I went to the wardrobe and logged into new.subeta (without logging out on the main site). I have not had any issues since then on Chrome on Android OS.

Also, , the new site is only the wardrobe, CWs & subscriptions at the moment. Everything else (news, forums, shops, etc) is on the 'old' site.

Sooo....what if you can't log into the new site at all? I tried to do so the other day and it said something about not having the right credentials. I double-checked and both my user name and password were correct. No idea what else it could be talking about. shrug

I don't understand why staff are so opposed to posting very important things like this in the news.

Since Subeta breaks so much, I assumed something happened with Questathon making CW shops and the forums completely inaccessible. I cleared my cookies/cache, got back logged in onto every site, and Subeta was broken again the next day. I just gave up on the forums at that point because I wasn't going to log back into every single site I use every single day. There was no easily accessible information, no news post, not even a siteupdate ping for a clue, and the forums literally did not load. How were users even expected to find this or figure it out on their own?

Can staff please post important updates like this in the news? This isn't the first time very important info has been hidden away on a thread and users complain every single time it happens.
