Can anyone help identify something in this old avatar I made?

I know the background items are but there seems to be something black underneath the sidewalk and pizza van, it changed the bottom half of the background while you can still see the top half of the Gaudy Neon Sign. I keep combing the wardrobe but I can't find anything like it and can't remember what it is.

could it be/ Nah, the pizza van is too far above it.

i'm still looking through the wardrobe so i'll edit this when i find the actual item, but i did also find this that gives a very similar effect!

There are two dresses actually. [Item=White Plain Under Dress] and [Item=Gray Plain Over Dress] There are more colors in these dresses. Search after under dress and over dress. ^^
