It is r300, which is why it does not show in the item directory and the shop search. Kinda like the Spartan Teddy. It shows in the wardrobe because it does exist, but you cannot search it in the directory and shop search cause it is not sellable.

I don't know anything about that particular item but it could be an NPC item as Marcus said, a staff only item (I don't think this one is), or just something that they have yet to use.
