New Outfits Not Saving

- So I can load an older outfit I saved last week. But my current creation will not save and I cannot wear it on site at all.
This is the outfit I'm trying to save/wear:
I logged into your account and was able to
- save your current avatar as a new outfit (and refreshed the page to confirm it saved)
- 'try on' and wear another saved outfit, and confirmed it updated on site
- 'try on' and wear the original outfit (so that you have on what you have on)
Nothing was lagging either, so I'm not sure what is going on... If you can help me trigger the problem from your account, I could troubleshoot further. Could you show me what items you put on that won't let you create an outfit with it? A screenshot would be fine.
