2. What browser are you using (and have you tried another)?
3. Do you have any add ons to your browser that may be blocking this page?
4. Do you have any custom CSS that may be blocking this page?

Did this ever clear up for you?

If not, at which point do you get a blank page? Is it from the main page you linked above, or after you've clicked something?

Did you click the "Upload Now" button?

So you have nothing to upload? I am kind of confused then. What is your issue?

For example, mine looks like this: Because I already uploaded the 3 images and had them approved.
