I don't know what to say except that this meant a lot to me and made me feel a little less alone. A "situation" also happened to me almost 11 days ago and I've been in a bad way emotionally and physically. I'm eating properly again and feeling emotionally empty in a neutral way as I try to recover. It is amazing how long something will knock us down for. But I don't know if there is a normal after this as my brain spirals out of control daily. [spoiler=i use memes to cope]
