Shelbi's shop says not to hesitate to ask about locked items, but her profile says don't comment about lolita bows, so I do not know what the protocol is, but I would dearly love an invitation for the Snowflake Lolita bow if that's acceptable :)

I believe that's her lumi gift for friends! But as far as asking about items, I think she usually doesn't want to be asked about them (re: lolita bows) since it's a co-release I primarily manage the statuses of, so she doesn't keep track :P <3 no worries on asking though
