I'd love to meet more people on here! I've never really socialized on Subeta before, due to being shy and feeling kind of intimidated by the community, I guess. I used to use TeriPets, which is now super dead, and I've really been aching for pet site socializing, since I used the chat box there all the time. I also have used pet sites in general since I was about 7, when I got into Neopets... I love Subeta, though, and now that I actually feel more comfortable just looking stuff up, and more interested in collecting things, it's super fun!

Anyway, I enjoy video games (some are listed on my profile), writing, drawing, reading (when I can manage to focus), anime (I love NGE), and music, especially death metal and shoegaze. I collect Nintendo handhelds and my favorite Pokemon game is Crystal. Also, I love knitting, but I'm taking a break from it right now. Even though my yarn stash calls to me...

I'm dipping back into paleontology and biology, which I adored as a kid, but I know barely anything anymore! I'm watching videos and documentaries mostly. It's really been giving me an itch for speculative biology again, too, which I used to be a lot more into. Very fun for worldbuilding!

I'm married, and I have two Bengal cats, who are really cute and energetic. ^^

Also, I love roleplaying! I'd love to find friends who are also into it, so that we could maybe eventually talk about doing some RP together. I mostly RP medieval high fantasy settings. I love elves. (I've been trying to find an elf ears item on Subeta, but I haven't had any luck so far!!!)

Yo!!! I'm a returning player, like most of the people here I've noticed XD. Long ago I had lost internet and never really got active on here after that. Just recently came back and started a lot of quests.

A lil about me, I don't really give my real name to people online so you can just call me Squall. I'm 30 and looking for friends atleast 21+. I live in America. XD but I did just recently have one of my dogs pass away that I had for 15 years, he was a pitbull and their lifespan is usually 12 years or so. So he lived for quite some time and had a fullfilling life. I have tourettes (motor tics), Bi polar, PTSD(Not military related), and really bad depression. I use writing to help cope with stress and depression but I haven't put anything online due to self consciousness, I started collecting Pokemon cards again after an ex stole all of my foils (was soooooo pissed) and after 20 years, finally got my Charizard. I don't have a job for reasons I don't wish to discuss in a public forum or thread, sorry.. I'm into anything that has to deal with fantasy, such as Elves, Dragons, Demons, Goddess, Kitsune, Neko etc. I used to be able to be found in the Role play threads here but noticed it COMPLETELY died when I came back, kinda sad really cause it was something I really enjoyed doing. Let's see....I drink waaaay to many energy drinks, Rockstar is my favorite. After I poofed and came back I noticed that most of my friends on here aren't active anymore and haven't been for years. If you're wondering, I am straight and go by he/him pronouns. I do not have a problem with your preferences or anything like that. I had been bullied because of things that I couldn't control stuff I was born with, so I'd be just one huge walking contradiction XD. I do self harm like cut and burn myself. I have over 1,500 self inflicted scars.

I'm Zander with a Z, I am a son of previous Subetan. I remember my mom playing this site when I was small, I still remember her one and only pet a chibi Mahar called Prince Z. that lasted for about 4 years until she had my sister of course.

I'll be 38 on valentine's day, fun fact I share a birthday with my dad. But my moms birthday was the best day she would say, My birthday will always trump valentine's day."

My mum's birthday is fathers day, I miss my mum.I wont say who she is but she was loved by many on here, a few names she has mentioned to me over the years but I dont dare approach in fear of them not remembering her.

I own my own business I make custom items for my customers, but I'm on vacation and letting my son run the place for a bit, thought I would give him his own space to grow a bit.

I have always interested in coding and internet security, well until my mom sold her first ever design for a tattoo that became symbolic for us. A visitor from New Zealand had bumped into my mom while she was at her 2nd job over 20 some years ago. I wasn't even a thought yet, mom and dad busy working.

This might be bad for talking about my mom in a past tense, it's just my mom now has full on dementia, but on more than a few occasions subeta is always mentioned. Besides stumbling onto a fandom page a few days ago, I already knew of the subeta even when the wardrobe feature was different I believe that was when the site minion match was around.

I have a son and a daughter, my son is Alexander, but with an X instead of an Z. My daughter is named after my lil sister, there were a few times in our lives when my sisters lives was too hard for her and we had too many close calls.

When I was 22 and my sister turned 18 back then my aunt, (she's my moms long lost sister who was separated from her in 1996, they were reunited when my lil sister and my 1st cousin were born) I told my sister if she didn't stop her crap I'd have to call my Aunt Serenity.

As soon as I said that, she was no longer trying to hurt herself which I was so relieved. She now is teachin French at a private school in China for.

I love all kinds of music, I love all ethnicities and my dad jokes suck.

My life is kinda boring but my mom use to say never judge how boring your life is, always judge it by those you have around that are smiling and having fun. That is the truth when you know life isn't boring just a lil bland, do something spontaneous every once in while.

Nice to meet you too! I've just been working really hard & recently got a promotion and I think the added responsibility/lack of social life/hobbies kind of drove me back here. At the end of the day, I'm just trying to leave work at work and find a hobby to sink into when I get home. Subeta is great for that because it keeps me busy & gives me little goals to keep me motivated.

I never really posted on forums back then mostly because I was shy but I don't get crippling anxiety as much anymore so I'm excited to make friends here and get to know the ins and outs of the site and its holidays. Still unsure how to kiss people and dance and all that stuff that I see on profiles. (Hope that makes sense.)

I feel the same with the kind of hobby thing. I think the great art and adorable pets is what really keeps me here XD it holds a nostalgia as well, the kind of virtual pet website like neopets and webkinz but nicer looking.

I was always too shy to post on the forums as well, never really knew how to like, make friends on sites like this. Now I guess I'm trying to make up for lost time. I want to try and be more involved I guess, though it certainly seems like it's not as huge as it used to be, I'm glad subeta is still kicking.

Trust me I feel the same. I do believe its less popular than it was way back but I kind of also like it that way. Most of us here are those who grew up on pet sites & shared that same commonality with feeling like we found a safe space online. I was always a neo kid but all of the change drove me away. Once I found subeta it was kinda like "lol what is a neopet". I was definitely not shy there but coming here felt like graduation so to speak and I felt like I found the cool kids table, and had to kind of feel my way around to fit in. I'm not embarrassed of subeta like I was with neopets.

I was talking about it today and I realized alot of the love for subeta stems from like, ocd and the ability to sort. (Sorting the vault, sorting the galleries, sorting the closet, wl, etc. ) I can get lost for hours in that and it gives me peace. Its all very neat and clean.
