Same here. I tried switching my custom shop design preferences and when I clicked to allow a custom theme to show, the shop description appeared. However when I turned it back to hiding custom shop themes, the description was gone again. Changing shop theme preferences didn't make the shop's items appear either way.

I have the same problem with my gallery Events-Hoard-Spec since the whole weekend.

When I mass ad or put a single item into this gallery, it doesn't show up in the None category.

But if I use account search or I copy the item name and put the item name in my gallery into the item name field, the item shows up and is sitting in the none category. I finally went through all 48 pages of my gallery to organize the items by hand to the right category.

I was having this issue last night when shopping.

Wishlist search still works so you can add something to your wl, then search the shop and it comes up. Not super way to have to do things but handy until it gets fixed.

How am I supposed sell these items, when people buy them directly from the shop?

Maybe I'm hounding too much on this issue, but it's pretty game breaking. So I thought I'd show images showing exactly what the problem is...

same - I can buy 20 point wizard tokens directly from the shop search but I drilled into a few of the shops and some had just no tokens visible, some has no items visible at all. Interesting. This is a new one. :)

I'm experiencing this with my shop and gallery and have to agree that some acknowledgement of the issue would be grand.

the first thing you're describing is unrelated to this issue, when you disable layouts in shops/galleries that includes the description too so it would disappear and reappear when toggled.

I just want to add that I'm also experiencing this. I just priced the newest, unpriced items in my shop and they don't show up when viewing the shop. They do show up in shop search, however.

This is pretty frustrating for trying to sell CWs :c No one can see my items so I can't make a selling thread.

I'm experiencing the same issue but I wonder why there is'nt any reply about this from staff?

, I feel like I've said this before, but if users aren't told staff is aware of the issue by way of them responding, how are we to know that you are aware of the issue? I don't know about the rest of the users, but I don't have spyware on staff computers to see what forum threads they have and haven't seen. x'D So a simple 'we are aware' like you just did (thank you) means we know it's being looked at.

I'm glad staff is aware and hope it can be fixed soon. I know shop search isn't affected, but buying directly from shops is and for some shops, that's a big income. I know I missed out on several millions when I had like 10k Slots books for the Recycle Beast for sale and only sold 2k of them because people didn't want to click and click instead of the much easier F5....

That's why I came to the forums first before creating a ticket.=)

I'm experiencing a similar issue. I moved about 20 items from my inventory into my gallery and none of my new items are appearing when I go to edit or view the items in my gallery.

Having the same issue with my gallery. Says there's 15 unique items in there, click to view and there are no items. Doesn't show up on the edit items page either of the gallery.

I literally have your shop bookmarked for Recycle items now and gave up the past few days, so can confirm xD

this is now been happening for a week. i was hoping to wake up this morning and it be fixed it's not fixed

I was unaware I was having this same problem until pointed it out to me. Please ping me if you find any solutions or answers. Thank you for starting this thread. I made a ticket and was told to post here from a staff member. I agree, maybe an announcement in news area about it. Because it is a bug/error affecting a major function affecting users. That way users know its being address, and that would be less tickets for staff to address.

Chiming in to say that I'm experiencing the same issue as others on this thread. Alongside large quantity purchases, this has a fairly large impact for giveaways and shops promoting sales on the Advertising forum.
